Had my son's 10th birthday this past weekend, Christian and staff were absolutely amazing I couldn't praise them enough. So helpful getting all the kids set up in the games, and kept checking on them to make sure they were ok.
We had my son's birthday party here tonight and it was amazing! The 2 staff members were so friendly and great with the kids. As we walked out my son said he wants to do his birthday party there again next year!

Do I have to buy anything?
No. Entry is free, and buying something doesn't change your chances.

Why do you ask for their birthday?
So we know which month's draw they're in. That's all it's for.
Do I enter again next year?
No. Once you're in, you stay in every draw for your kids' birthday months.

2. Entry period and draw schedule
The contest runs continuously. One draw is held on the first day of each month. Each draw is for children whose birthday falls in the month two months after the draw: the October 1 draw is for December birthdays, the November 1 draw is for January birthdays, and so on through the year.
A household is eligible for a draw if a child entered on its form has a birthday in that draw's month and the entry was received before the day of the draw. Entries stay on file for future draws. An entry received on the day of a draw or later is held for the draws that follow it.
3. Who can enter
Legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, entering for their own children. Employees of District Beta, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form at districtbetasarnia.ca/birthday-club with a first name, last name and email address, and a first name and date of birth for each child, up to four. A phone number is optional and does not affect the draw.
No purchase necessary. Buying anything from District Beta does not improve your chance of winning. There is no fee to enter.
Limit one entry per household per draw. Enter all of your children on one form. If more than one child in a household has a birthday in the same draw month, the household is entered in that draw once. Duplicate entries, identified by email address, are consolidated to a single entry before the draw. Entries submitted by automated means, or in bulk, are void.
5. The prize
One prize per draw: a $205 party credit at District Beta, equal to the Bronze party package (3 to 6 players), Game Time. The package is a two-hour party with the VR chambers held for the group, for three to six children, ages seven and up.
The credit can be put toward a larger package. The winner pays the difference. Approximate retail value: $205 CAD.
The party must be booked and held within six months of the draw, on a date District Beta is open and has availability. The prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and cannot be combined with another offer. If the prize cannot be awarded as described, District Beta may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
No other prize is awarded in any draw. Any offer District Beta sends after a draw is a marketing offer, not a prize, and is not part of this contest.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible households entered for that draw's birthday month.
7. Selection of the winner
One eligible entry is drawn at random at District Beta, 1886 London Line, Sarnia, Ontario.
8. Claiming the prize
The selected entrant is contacted at the email address on their entry within two business days of the draw. They must:
- Respond within seven calendar days of first contact, and
- Correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question, and
- Sign a declaration and release confirming eligibility and accepting these rules.
If the selected entrant cannot be reached within seven days, declines the prize, fails the skill-testing question, or is found ineligible, the entry is void and another entry is drawn under the same conditions.
9. Consent and communications
Entrants who tick the email box consent to receive commercial electronic messages from District Beta. Every message identifies District Beta, gives its mailing address and contact information, and carries a working unsubscribe link, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.
The SMS box is separate and optional. Ticking it is not required to enter and has no effect on the draw.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawing consent after entering does not remove a valid entry from the draw.
10. Use of the winner's name
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that District Beta may publish their first name and the first initial of their last name in announcing the result. Any further use of their name, photograph or likeness requires their separate written permission.
11. Personal information
Information collected is used to administer this contest and, where consent was given, to send commercial electronic messages. Children's birth dates are used to place each entry in the right draw. Information is not sold or rented. Contact play@districtbetasarnia.ca to access or delete your information.
12. General
District Beta may cancel, suspend or amend this contest if it cannot be run as planned. Its decisions on all matters relating to the contest are final. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted in a way that breaches these rules are void.
13. Social media
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok or any other platform. Entrants release those platforms completely. Entry is by the form only.
