Hosted team competition
Five or six timed challenges, teams of four to six. One player per team per challenge, so nobody sits out.

Friday and Saturday evenings cost us the walk-in door. That's why they cost more.

And roughly how many. A range is fine. We hold the room for seven days while you check.

Your headcount, our HST number and the terms. No deposit yet.

A deposit, the full amount on the day, or an invoice after.

Confirm the headcount
Five business days out. We bill that number or the minimum, whichever is higher.

We run it. You go back to work having actually talked to each other.

How do we pay?
A deposit, the full amount on the day, or an invoice after. PO, e-transfer, cheque or card.
What if we cancel?
14 days or more out, nothing is owed. Inside 14 days we bill half the minimum. Inside 7 days, the full minimum.
Can we move the date?
Yes. One free move with 7 days notice.
What about the headcount?
Confirm it 5 business days out. Nobody gets charged for a no-show.
Can we bring our own drinks?
No outside alcohol. We're licensed, so that's the law rather than a policy.
Does it count for the CRA staff-event rule?
Usually it does. The CRA lets employers hold staff social events up to $150 a head without it becoming a taxable benefit for employees. Still, check with your accountant.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We can send a certificate if your company needs one on file.
Schools, programs & teams
Weekday daytimes are ours before the public doors open, and they're the easiest dates to get. Tell us who's coming and we'll build the day.
Bigger day? Four front doors.
We share a parking lot with Hi-Way Bowl, Valley Axe and The Arena. Pair us with a neighbour for a bigger day. Free parking for everyone.
